Fundraiser & Worship Service in Staten Island

On Saturday, September 10, 2022, Friends of Nat Barnes hosted a resoundingly successful fundraiser at the home of Mr. Tamba Aghailas in Staten Island, NY. On Sunday, September 11, 2022, Ambassador & Mrs. Barnes worshipped at Christ Adventist Lutheran Church, at the invitation of Bishop Philip Saywrayne, for a special anointing service. Key organizers of the weekend activities were: Rev. Thomas Johnson, Rev. Beatrice Yamda Johnson & Thomas Johnson, Jr., whose businesss donated two free vacations to Cancun, Mexico & Las Vegas respectively. The vacations were raffled during the fundraiser to donors who made a significant contribution.

Ambassador Barnes stated, "this entire weekend has been a resounding success and I am immeasurably grateful to my people in Staten Island!" Among the highlights of the fundraiser was music by popular Liberian artist, Jopov SKY!
